Use of logo

Rules and regulations for co sponsoring requests

Decisions should be addressed to the Management Team in advance. Management team has to approve co-sponsorship. Confirmation/Rejection letter shall be send by Chief administrator.

The objective of the event must be in accordance with the aims of EFFoST. The co-sponsorship by EFFoST should fit with and preferably strengthen the standing and reputation of EFFoST. The event should be organised by an EFFoST Member Society, an Associate Member of EFFoST, another grouping of IUFoST, or an organisation with similar goals with which co-operation is desirable.

The event must have realistic financial and time plans and an effective organisational structure. The event should not compete with events organised by EFFoST or its Member Societies.

The EFFoST logo must be clearly visible in printed material for the event and the co-sponsorship must be mentioned in the text.

At least one representative of EFFoST, nominated by the Management Team of the EFFoST Management Team, must be a member of the Organisation Committee of the event. EFFoST may require a fee per participant, to be discussed in advance.

A: Income generating

• Supported congresses, organized by others, logo and name may be used for a (small) fee.This will be decided, by Management Team, on case-by-case basis.
• Co-organized congresses, organizes with other partners, logo used, may be income generating, may not result in losses. This will be decided, by Management Team, on case-by-case basis.
• Supported courses and similar activities, organized by others, logo and name may be used for a (small) fee. This will be decided, by Management Team, on case-by-case basis.

B: non income generating

•  Events organized by EFFoST Member Societies

Logo of EFFoST is prohibited to use without written consent from the Management Team.
