The next World Health Summit will take place October 27-29, 2019, in Berlin, Germany.  One of the world’s leading strategic forums for global health, the summit will draw 2,500 participants and 300 speakers from around the world.

The 2019 programme includes: climate change and health, strengthening health systems in Africa, solutions to antibiotic resistance, the impact of digital health, and the implementation of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

The World Health Summit promotes thought leadership in science and advances global health agendas. It was founded on the 300th anniversary of Charité, Europe’s largest university hospital, and is held under the patronage of Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission.
