Andrea Cattaruzza is an all-rounded food science professional with 30 years of a diversified career in a global organization and a multinational environment; as R&D executive at Mars Chocolate he contributed to shape the research agenda and translate science into innovation with a substantial track record of deliveries. Since 2018 he is Director and founder of AndCat Consulting Ltd, and is putting his experience and expertise to the service of the Food system, to help companies design their research strategies, to facilitate open innovation collaborations, to assess the scientific quality of research projects and programmes.
