This year ILSI Annual Symposium will take place all day on 27th March 2018.
The General Assembly will take place the day before (26th March 2018).

The main topics for discussion will be:

• Proteins of the Future
• Consumer Understanding of Nutrition

The Symposium will begin with five parallel breakfast meetings:

• Alternatives to Animal testing in Food safety, Nutrition, and Efficacy studies
• Nutrition, Immunity and Inflamation
• Dietary Intake (new tools)
• Chemical Risk Assessment
• Microbiology

ILSI Europe will also be offering several Young Scientist Travel Awards.
