38th EFFoST International Conference 2024 - Preliminary Programme Overview

The EFFoST2024 Local Organising Committee, together with an independent scientific committee has crafted the scientific programme, aiming to showcase the latest advancements and developments of Food Science and Technology.

We are delighted to share with you the preliminary conference programme for the 38th EFFoST International Conference, taking place in Bruges, Belgium, on 12-14 November.

The official scientific programme will feature over 27 sessions, each categorized under one of the five main sub-themes: 

  1. Human Interface
  2. Raw Material Interface
  3. Micro-organism Interface
  4. Sustainability Interface
  5. Computer science interface

In parallel, there will be 4 interactive sessions and 15 special sessions showcasing EU funded project developments and fostering collaborations between them. On top of that, the EYE mentorship programme will have it's second round.
