Research and Innovation (R&I) plays a key role in this transformation of the EU toward sustainable food systems that benefit people, the planet, and the climate.
FOODPathS aims to create a model charter for leading sustainable food systems (SFS) universities, research centers, and education programs focused on food systems training.
This session invites attendees to discuss with all level stakeholders on how study programmes and the organisation of universities can meet the educational needs to foster Food2030 inspired FS transformations, as well as present the branded network proposal, how it works and its potential impact on the research community, most importantly its role in a systems approach to transformation.
The session will produce a set of recommendations for the Sustainable Food Systems (SFS) Partnership on ways to connect with international networks of universities and research centers focused on food systems transition. Additionally, it will provide guidance on more effective investments in various forms of knowledge transfer and training to enhance food systems awareness.
If you are attending EFFoST2024 and are interested in the future of education, you can attend this session on 12 November at 10:45AM.
