The XII edition of CIBIA, Iberoamerican Congress of Food Engineering will take place for the first time in Portugal, 1-4 July 2019. The congress theme is “Challenging Food Engineering as a Driver Towards Sustainable Food Processing“.

This year's host institution is the University of Algarve, which is located in the city of Faro, in the Algarve region, southwest of Europe.
