The X National Congress CyTA/CESIA (Spain) is organised by the University of León (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Spain), in the collaboration of the Spanish Society of Food Engineering (SESIA) and various other organizations, companies and entities. The Congress will be held at the Hotel Colegiata San Isidoro of León, Spain on 15-17 May 2019.

This biannual event convenes the congresses of "Food Science and Technology" endorsed by the Conference of Deans of Food Science and Technology (CyTA) and of "Food Engineering" (CESIA) and is complemented by the celebration of the II CyTA Junior Congress, aimed at students and recent graduates, which will take place on 15 May 2019 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of León (Vegazana Campus).
