Global Food Winter School is an opportunity to get a taste of the global perspectives and insights into the interdisciplinary nature of the food industry. Professionals from different fields will provide in-depth analysis on food science topics as well as on further career opportunities in the field. This Winter School is designed as a one-week food science course with input from Wageningen University experts in collaboration with international universities and multinational food companies.
