This will be the 6th International Congress in the series organized by the Faculty of Technology, University of East Sarajevo.

The congress provides a platform for delegates from industry and academia to discuss and develop new concepts and technologies required to advance the development of processing industry, explore new materials and examine the influence of advancements in food engineering and analysis.

The congress will also focus on green developments and sustainability, which are the focus of new research.
