An international symposium for young researchers (MSc/PhD level) in the field of the Maillard reaction will take place on 11-12 April 2019 at Maastricht University, Maastricht, The Netherlands.
During this two-day event, enthusiastic young researchers working in the field of the Maillard reaction will have a chance to network and share ideas with each other. Every participant is invited to be an active member of the symposium by either giving a short presentation or presenting a poster. The topics will include both the Maillard reaction and the formation and consequences of Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGEs) for food and health and diseases.
