HPP Innovation Week 2022 is the virtual event on High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology, organized by Hiperbaric, the global leader and manufacturer of HPP equipment. 

Under the slogan, "Nutrition, Food Safety & Sustainability for the Food & Beverage Industry", HPP experts in the industry will share the latest innovations, trends, and research on HPP.

Hiperbaric will also present the HPP Research Awards, which will recognize academic leaders and their research in the three categories: Nutrition, Food Safety, and Sustainability.
