The EFFoST International Conference celebrates its 30th anniversary and will be held in Vienna, Austria, from 28-30 November 2016 organized by the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) on behalf of EFFoST.

With the topic “Targeted Technologies for Sustainable Food Systems” the conference will address the challenges and opportunities for a sustainable production of tasty and healthy food by application of appropriate technologies and innovative processing concepts.

The conference is a significant opportunity for you to present and discuss your recent research work, to join leaders from academia and industry and network with international colleagues. Furthermore, the visit to Vienna is a great chance to explore the capital of Austria situated on the banks of the Danube with its beautiful Baroque historic center.

A number of keynote speakers have confirmed their attendance already, more than ten topics are open for abstract submission and Special Sessions co-organized by the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC) and the Bioencapsulation Research Group (BRG) will introduce conference attendees to additional interdisciplinary areas of interest. Furthermore, great social events such as the Conference Dinner in the Vienna City Hall will make the event a memorable one.

We invite you to submit your abstract and join the 30th EFFoST International Conference!
