“Metrology Promoting Standardization and Harmonization in Food and Nutrition”
The Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Technology (School of Chemistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) together with MO HELLASLAB invited experts of the TC 23 committee but also from other committees whose research activities fall within the scope of the conference to join this international event.
The presentations of the two previous IMEKOFOODS conferences addressed successfully the latest developments in food related measurements using a variety of techniques and approaches. In addition to technical and poster sessions, useful scientific discussions with other participants may encourage new collaborations and strengthen for sure existing ones.
