As a FIT4FOOD2030 Food Lab, you’ll first receive training (October 2019) on methodologies and resources for helping food systems prepare for the future through Research and Innovation (towards the goals of the European Commission’s FOOD 2030 policy framework). Equipped with these tools and your existing expertise, we invite you to open a dialogue with citizens and stakeholders in your area around future-proofing the local food system and deliver training responding to local needs, experimenting with one of FIT4FOOD2030 educational modules currently being developed by the project. Finally, Food Labs will have the opportunity to share their experiences and lessons learned with a variety of European-level stakeholders in the project’s final conference (autumn 2020).
Based on your interests and resources, FIT4FOOD2030 is open to discuss and support you in a role that goes beyond this initial proposal. You can also expect chances to connect with an extensive network of partners and existing labs and visibility at the European level, both online and in person.
All organisations interested in or wishing to experiment with
