The aim of the Congress is to present academic, scientific, industry proffesionals and the general public the results of scientific and professional work of international specialists and in this way enable a better transfer of scientific and professional achievements into Food Technology and Food Science. The congress and venue offers an excellent opportunity for food industry and equipment suppliers to participate as sponsors and to present their products through Congress Exhibition.
The Congress section will run on different topics that are related to all aspects of Food Technology and Food Science. Below is the list of topics that will be mainly targeted during the Congress. All the researchers are encouraged to submit their abstracts on any of the topics. The organizing committee will consider the abstracts and will allot the slots for the speaker/Poster during the 2nd day conference.

Paper submission
An abstract should be in MS Word file (refer to Abstract Template), at most 400 words, including title, authors, affiliations, and acknowledgement if any. When submitting your abstract you can indicate presentation type for oral or poster.
