The International FoodTec Award from DLG and its partners has recognised ground-breaking developments in innovation, sustainability and efficiency in the food technology sector since 1994. An international jury of experts from research and academia, as well as representatives from the field, will select the most innovative concepts. The gold and silver medals will be presented at the Anuga FoodTec 2021, the international supplier fair for the food and beverage industry in Cologne. This world-leading event is organised by DLG and Koelnmesse.
 
Winners will be announced by DLG in the trade press ahead of the Anuga FoodTec and under www.anugafoodtec.com and www.foodtecaward.com, as well as in other trade publications and online portals of our media partners.
