To kick off the EFFoST2020 Online Conference, we have a wonderful line up of inspiring plenary speakers who are at the forefront of their field. This not only includes scientists but also food industry leaders and startups. Plus we will be joined by Wim Haentjens from the EU commission who will report on the EU's funding priorities.
The second and third day of the conference will be filled with presentations from the high-quality abstract submissions. In the official scientific programme, there will be 96 presentations in 24 sessions over 4 thematic tracks, see the overview below. There will also be time dedicated to the 300+ poster presentations allowing for direct interaction with the presenters during the poster sessions.
In the coming weeks, we look forward to sharing more information about the EFFoST2020 conference programme, this will include special sessions from projects and food associations and meetings by the EFFoST working groups. And, of course, there will be time for more social events, like the Annual EFFoST Pub Quiz and the Young EFFoST meeting.
