The 38th EFFoST International Conference, will be hosted by KU Leuven and Ghent University with the support from an independent scientific committee. EFFoST2024 will be held in the newly built BMCC in Bruges, Belgium from 12-14 November 2024.
EFFoST2024 will address five specific interdisciplinary challenges in food technology, reflecting the overarching theme of this year's conference. We are looking forward to reviewing your submissions for oral and poster presentations. Remember to submit your applications through the abstract submission system by 30th April 2024!
