EFFoST Student of the Year award winners 2023

November 17, 2023

We would like to proudly congratulate the six MSc and PhD students who have received the Student of the Year award 2023. In collaboration with our sponsor, Cargill, EFFoST recognizes the outstanding food science research from students from all over Europe.

These individuals were celebrated during the EFFoST2023 in Valencia for their dedication, innovation, and commitment to advancing the field of food science and technology.

The European Federation of Food Science and Technology, along with our partner Cargill, is dedicated to supporting the next generation of food scientists. And as every year, we want to highlight their academic achievements through the EFFoST Student of the Year Awards.

An international group of experts from the scientific and business world carefully reviewed many excellent applications. The assessment focused on criteria such as scientific quality, ingenuity, and the potential business impact of the candidates' research.
