The 37th EFFoST International Conference 2023 was hosted by the University of Valencia and the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC), supported by an independent scientific committee.
The European Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals require the food sector to develop innovative and sustainable processes to accelerate the transition to sustainable food systems that ensure food security, nutrition, and public health.
