Biography
I am a Food Engineer by training, with a master’s degree in Food Science & Technology. I did my PhD in dairy science, sponsored by group Lactalis, for which I worked for 5 years.

I joined Nestlé in 2014, starting as Project Manager and moved as Department Manager in 2018. At the end of 2020, I took on my current role as Science & Technology Strategy and Innovation Partnership Lead.
